Monte Beaty

Monte L. Beaty is a partner with the firm.

Monte represents employers and insurance carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation and subrogation matters before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit and Appellate Courts.

He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.

Monte graduated with his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008 and went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2013.

He began his career in workers’ compensation representing employees at a well-established Petitioner’s firm.  Based on that time, he is intimately familiar with the tactics and tricks used by those practices.  In the years since he began representing employers and insurance carriers, he has successfully used his first-hand knowledge of the other side to protect his clients with strategies to mitigate risk and reduce the costs of defense.

When he is not advocating for his clients, Monte enjoys live music, perfecting new recipes, and cycling uncomfortably long distances.
