The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission publishes the updated benefit rates two times a year. The new rates reflect the statutory increases to the maximum TTD and PPD rates, as well as updates the minimum benefit rates for TTD, PPD, death benefits, amputations and PTD benefits.
