Zane P. Thompson

Zane P. Thompson is an associate attorney in our Chicago office.

Zane represents employers and insurance carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation and subrogation matters before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit and Appellate Courts.

He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.

Zane earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri School of Journalism in 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2019, where he competed in moot court competitions.
Before attending law school, he worked as a reporter in north central Kansas.

Zane is a native of Springfield, Illinois. In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls, and playing basketball and softball.
